this office has changed sine the last few months of last year. Now it is all about the papers and the money. First in front of everyone in the lobby they have to have someone come and a tell you exactlyy how much it is and that you need all his stuff. They also recently lost there medical director dr. Thomas Tullio and he was the only one there who have the necessary compassion to work with animals while giving us the parents a common sense approach about the bill -Kathy B.
